-
The focus is on understanding the needs, motivations, and pain points of the community. Gaining new insights will help identify common themes and patterns that will inform the creation of a theme that resonates with the anti-hackathon participants.
-
A synthesis helps define a clear and focused problem statement that captures the key issues and goals of the anti-hackathon. The problem statement serves as a guiding principle throughout the theme creation process, ensuring that the theme addresses the participants' needs effectively.
-
This is a brainstorming phase where diverse stakeholders come together to contribute their thoughts, perspectives, and concepts.
-
Prototyping involves creating rough drafts or basic representations of the potential themes. These could be in the form of written descriptions or visual concepts representing how the anti-hackathon might look with each theme.
-
Testing the themes allows us to gather valuable insights and validate which theme resonates most with the target audience. Feedback from participants helps refine and improve the theme further, ensuring that it aligns closely with the needs and preferences of the intended audience.
